I discovered Bloom + Blueprint after admiring their gorgeous creative work at events across the Valley, so when it came time to begin planning our intimate wedding and reception in Phoenix I knew who to call on! I elected to do partial planning, including design, florals, and day-of coordination, and we were connected with Casey as our planner. Throughout the design process Casey communicated clearly, responded promptly to inquiries, listened and adapted to all of my (very detailed) feedback, and made us feel supported and at ease handing over the reins to such a special event. Her experience and discretion were evident during our meetings, as well as in the way she coordinated and negotiated with vendors on our behalf. Most importantly, she and her team executed and elevated our wedding day, creating a seamless, magical experience for us and our guests! I am beyond grateful to everyone at Bloom + Blueprint who had a hand in bringing our vision to life, and would recommend Casey and B+B in a heartbeat.

As a wedding photographer who's worked with Bloom and Blueprint several times, I can vouch that this company DELIVERS; incomparable designs, lead planners (Cassidy and Casey are stellar), attitudes, and creativity. I know my clients' designs will be perfectly executed no matter their style, and they'll be personally supported through the entire process. I wish every wedding was with B&B!

I honestly cannot say enough incredible things about Bloom+Blueprint. They completely transformed my daughter’s bat mitzvah and brought her vision to life in a way that was beyond anything we could have imagined. We started with a pretty standard ballroom, and they turned it into a full-on enchanted forest. It was magical. Every detail felt thoughtful, creative, and elevated. People are still talking about how stunning everything looked. But what really stood out to me was the experience of working with them from start to finish. The entire team is so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They really listened and cared about getting everything just right. I also appreciated how collaborative they were, especially when it came to budget. We went through several iterations of designs, and they never made me feel pressured. Instead, they worked with me to find something that was both beautiful and realistic financially. Their creativity is next level. The designs they came up with were unique, thoughtful, and completely created the atmosphere of the event. Bloom and blueprint was amazing to work with. My entire wedding planning process was smooth and never stressful due to their attention to detail and extreme capabilities. I worked with Cassidy and she was super helpful. From the first meeting to the day of my wedding I was confident that things were being handled. I also appreciated their care in not just getting things checked off a list, but making sure things were done just as I envisioned. Would recommend to any bride or anyone planning an event!

I seriously don’t know what I would have done without Bloom and Blueprint. From start to finish, I felt completely supported throughout the entire wedding planning process, and they truly went to bat for me every step of the way. I booked full-service planning and design, and I have zero regrets about that decision. Maggie did an incredible job bringing my vision to life while still being mindful of my overall wedding budget. She was always open, honest, and transparent, which I truly appreciated. When our venue gave us issues with a few things, Maggie immediately came up with alternative plans—and honestly, what we ended up with was even better than the original idea. For planning, we were assigned Cassidy as our lead planner from day one, and she was worth her weight in GOLD. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cassidy and her team. She was always on top of everything and constantly available whenever I needed her (which was a lot, lol).
